Infiniti is going to reveal the coupe version of the Infiniti QX50 luxury compact crossover tomorrow. Named the 2021 Infiniti QX55, the coupe crossover will compete with the BMW X4 and Mercedes-Benz GLC Coupe. Presenting the vehicle on stage will be the American singer-songwriter Egbert Nathaniel Dawkins III, (aka Aloe Blacc).
The company has developed an official event page for the reminder and gave us another teaser displaying the rear end of the vehicle.
Since the 2021 Infiniti QX55 is based on the QX50 compact crossover, we believe it will be borrowing the mill from its big brother. Expect a turbocharged 2.0L inline-four engine generating 268 horsepower (200 kilowatts) and 280 pound-feet (380 Newton-meters of torque). The power goes to either front or all the wheels through a continuously variable transmission.
Infiniti will reveal the coupe crossover tomorrow at 5:55 p.m. (PST) on its official YouTube channel. Stay tuned as we bring you more details on the vehicle.
